Tucker is a 13 yr old hackney/shetland cross pony. He is a bay gelding and stands about 12hh or so. He was recently returned after a 5 yr adoption because his kids outgrew him. Before he left he atteneded many events with us and even shared a booth at Phelan Phun Days. He has been worked a pony ride sweep before but we were told that due to his young age (at the time) he gots bored with it after about 3 hours. Prior to his coming to the rescue he was used as a cart pony. When he first came into our rescue he was fostered by a trainer that did ride him on trail and run barrels. We consider him to be suitable for a strong advanced beginer or better.

We are always looking for foster homes to assist us in caring for our horses. We do not charge our foster homes a fee and we do offer Tax Deductable Receipts to our foster homes (please check with your tax specialist to see if you quailfy).
